Landlord Fees
When you choose to let your property with Lords Estate Agent it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. Our Management Fees are 15% for Fully Managed, 12.5% for Rent Collection and 10% for Tenant Find Service Only. As well as our offering of differing service levels there are a range of additional fees that you may incur for certain activities.

Fees associated with services
| Lords Estate Agent Management Service includes the procedures as above but is subject to a one off administration charge for the first time that the property is let

3. Arrangement fee for refurbishments

| 4. Court Attendance

£450.00 (which may be subject to VAT) per hour plus any additional reasonable expenses

| If you would like to know the cost of optional extras such as inventories, cleaning or compliance certificates these are available upon request.

Client Money Protection is provided by Propertymark. The redress scheme for Lords Estate Agent is The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
